What we collect

Order details: name, phone, email, delivery address, delivery date, cake messages and notes.
Payment information: which payment method you chose and proof of payment you send us. We do not store card numbers.
Usage data: pages viewed, cakes opened and added to the cart, device type and approximate location from your connection, collected with cookies or similar technology so we can run and improve the site.
Partner data: when you apply to be a partner, the details you submit and the terms you accept.

How we use it

To take, bake, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it.
To send order updates by email, WhatsApp or notification, and offers if you agree to receive them.
To prevent fraud and abuse, keep the site secure and understand which pages and cakes are popular.
To credit partners whose link or code brought you to the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with delivery riders, payment and messaging providers, and our hosting and email providers, who must protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your session and measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work.

Keeping it safe

The site uses HTTPS, access to customer data is limited to named staff accounts, and administrator actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password if you create any account with us.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for service, accounting and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise them.
