Our cakes are perishable and made to order, so we cannot accept returns once a cake is delivered. We do want you to be happy, so this is how we handle problems.

Cancelling or changing an order

Contact us as early as you can with your order number.
If we have not started baking, we will cancel or change the order and refund any payment you made.
Once baking or decoration has started, or within 2 days of the delivery date, we may not be able to cancel. We will tell you what we can do.

If something is wrong

Tell us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If the cake is damaged, wrong, or does not match what you ordered, we will remake it where time allows, or refund the affected amount.
We cannot refund for taste preference alone, or for damage after delivery (heat, storage, transport).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the method you used to pay (bank transfer or wallet), normally within 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or wallet.
