Terms of sale

Last updated 21 October 2026. By placing an order with WakeNBake you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by WhatsApp, email or in your order page. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot deliver on the requested date, in which case you get a full refund of anything paid.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery in Karachi is Rs. 500, free over Rs. 8,000. Payment methods: Cash on delivery / pickup, Bank transfer, Easypaisa / JazzCash. We may ask for an advance payment before baking large or customised orders.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Karachi only. Please order at least 2 days ahead. Delivery times are estimates; we will tell you about delays. Please provide a correct address and a reachable phone number. If nobody can receive the order, we may charge for a second delivery or the order may be cancelled.

4. Custom cakes

Hand-made decoration will look similar to, but not identical to, pictures and previews. Colours may vary slightly. We will confirm complex designs with you first.

5. Allergies and ingredients

Our kitchen handles eggs, milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. Nutrition and ingredient information is provided as a guide and may vary. Tell us about allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

6. Storage and consumption

Follow the storage guidance we provide. We are not responsible for spoilage after delivery caused by heat or incorrect storage.

7. Cancellation, refunds and problems

See our Refunds and cancellations page. Because cakes are perishable we do not accept returns.

8. Coupons and offers

Coupons have their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including photographs, text and logos, belongs to WakeNBake and may not be copied without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Karachi.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
